In 2019, the Macao Education delegation visited the High School Attached to Tsinghua University

On the afternoon of September 25, 2019, Mr. Tan Junrong, Secretary of the Department of Social and Cultural Affairs of the Macao Special Administrative Region, led a delegation of 60 people from the Macao education sector to visit Tsinghua High School。President Wang Dianjun, Deputy Party Secretary Zhang Jie, and Director Dang Shengjun of Administration Center met the guests in Conference Room 106, Huamao Building, Tsinghua High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University。

President Wang Dianjun welcomed the visit of Director General Tan Junrong and his delegation。President Wang said that Tsinghua High School has a long history of cooperation with schools in Macao, and has received thousands of visits and exchanges from teachers and students of Macao Jiao Ye High School and Macao Yongyuan High School, and has also sent teachers to Macao Jiao Ye High School for long-term teaching。These activities greatly promoted the teachers and students of the two places to know and understand each other's history, culture, social livelihood and education, strengthened the contact and friendship between them, and enhanced the teachers and students' common sense of belonging to the nation and the country。

Lao Paisheng, Deputy head of the Macao Education Delegation and Secretary of the Education and Youth Bureau of the Macao Special Administrative Region, expressed his heartfelt thanks to Tsinghua High School for its careful arrangement and warm reception。Secretary Lao said that since the return of Macao, the SAR government has attached great importance to educational exchanges and cooperation with the mainland, and actively promoted Macao schools to become sister schools with mainland schools。In addition, the Education and Youth Bureau has also launched the "Know the Motherland • Love China" learning tour program and the "Teaching Staff to Learn and Promote Chinese History and Culture Program", which provides convenient conditions for teachers and students in Macao to have a more comprehensive understanding of the motherland。
